A Latin Dog cocktail is made with Sciarada, Pernod and grapefruit juice. Sciarada Liqueur is an Italian liqueur flavoured with orange and lemon and it appears that it is no longer produced. When combined with grapefruit juice, the Latin Dog makes for an excellent brunch cocktail.

A Latin Dog cocktail is made with Sciarada, Pernod and grapefruit juice. Sciarada has been discontinued for years making it difficult to track down, but perhaps it will be revived.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce of Sciarada

  • 1/2 ounce of Pernod

  • 4 ounces of Grapefruit Juice

Directions

  • Add Sciarada, Pernod and Grapefruit Juice to a highball glass full of ice
  • Stir well and serve.
