The Absolutely Bananas cocktail is made from Rum, Banana Liqueur and Pineapple Juice. The official award-winning recipe for Absolutely Bananas contains Vodka, however I feel it tastes so much better with Rum and a dash of Angostura bitters.

Fruity and fun, the Absolutely Bananas cocktail is served in a Martini Glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces of White Rum

  • 1/2 ounce of Banana Liqueur

  • 1/2 ounce of Pineapple Juice

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Directions

  • Add Rum, Banana Liqueur and Pineapple Juice to a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
  • Shake hard (like you’ve gone bananas) and strain into a Martini Glass. It should be a bit foamy on top from the pineapple juice.
  • Add a dash or two of Angostura Bitters and serve.
