Puff Adder Cocktail

The Puff Adder is a flaming cocktail where Yukon Jack is mixed with dark crème de cacao. 151 proof rum is floated on top and lit when served. While the drink looks cool when on fire, please be careful not to burn your mouth, hands or lungs when preparing, serving and consuming this drink!

A mix of chocolate, honey and whiskey, the Puff Adder tastes great, and looks cool when served on fire.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. Yukon Jack

  • 3/4 oz. Dark Crème de Cacao

  • 1/4 oz. 151 Proof Rum

Directions

  • Pour the Yukon Jack and Dark Crème de Cacao into a a cocktail glass.
  • Float 151 Proof Rum on top and light on fire right before serving.
  • Ensure flame is out and glass is not hot before consuming.
