Mexican Grasshopper

The Mexican Grasshopper is made with Green Crème de Menthe, Kahlua Coffee Liqueur and light cream. The Mexican Grasshopper differs from the Grasshopper Cocktail in that it uses Kahlua (which is made in Mexico), instead of Crème de Cacao.

The Mexican Grasshopper is a Mexican twist on the Grasshopper as it uses Kahlua coffee Liqueur instead of Crème de Cacao.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz. Green Crème de Menthe

  • 1 1/4 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur

  • 1 1/4 oz. Half & Half

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
  • Shake until frothy and ice cold and strain into a Martini Glass.
  • Garnish with a Mint Sprig, Mint Leaf or Coffee Bean
