The Dream Cocktail is made with Red Dubonnet, Triple Sec, Grapefruit Juice and Sparkling Wine. The drink is served in a Martini glass.

The Dream Cocktail is a pretty, and tastes pleasant enough. It’s a bit tart, a bit sweet, and the sparkling wine adds a lot of fun. I’d say it’s worth trying if you have the ingredients kicking around, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to make this one unless you wanted to feature it at a party.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Dubonnet

  • 0.75 oz. Triple Sec

  • 0.75 oz. Grapefruit Juice

  • 1.5 oz. Sparkling Wine

Directions

  • Pour Dubonnet, Triple Sec and Grapefruit Juice into a Cocktail Shaker full of ice.
  • Shake that shaker to get everything ice cold.
  • Pour into a Martini Glass
  • Top up with chilled sparkling wine.
