Quebec Cocktail

The Quebec Cocktail is made from Canadian Whiskey and Red Dubonnet, with 2 dashes of Orange Bitters. For Canadian Whiskey, you have lots of options, including Crown Royal, 40 Creek, Alberta Springs or Canadian Club.

The Quebec Cocktail was created to use French Red Dubonnet, which is more aromatic and bitter than American Dubonnet. However, American Dubonnet, which is sweeter and not very bitter at all, is much easier to find in North America. So if you are ordering this in an American Bar, you’ll get a much sweeter drink than you would if you were in Europe.
