The Hailey Rose Cocktail is a tart and fruity drink made with Sour Puss Raspberry, Amaretto, and White Cranberry Juice. I like serving this drink at a summer Wedding or at a Stag and Doe as it always proves popular with a female audience.

Tart, Fruity and a little bit sweet, the Hailey Rose is pleasant and refreshing little cocktail that has never taken off, but is well loved by its fans.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Sour Puss Raspberry

  • 1 oz. Amaretto

  • 6 oz. White Cranberry Juice

Directions

  • Add Sour Puss and Amaretto to a glass full of ice.
  • Top up with White Cranberry Juice.
  • Garnish with a slice of fruit.

Notes

  • Add a bit of ginger ale or soda water to make the Hailey Rose a bit more fun.
