Hailey’s Comfort is a popular cocktail made with Southern Comfort, Peach Schnapps, and Club Soda. By popular, I mean popular with college girls of legal drinking age who like fruity drinks.

Every bar and nearly every home bar most likely has a bottle of Southern Comfort and Peach Schnapps that is kicking around. Yet, there are very few occasions to use these bottles as tastes have shifted towards vodka, rye and gin based drinks. The Hailey’s Comfort gives you a good reason to pull out these two bottles for an easy to make feature drink at a bar, or for something fruity and refreshing for yourself.

This fruity and peach drink goes down easy, especially on a hot southern night!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort

  • 1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps

  • 3 oz. Club Soda

Directions

  • Add Southern Comfort and Peach Schnapps to a glass full of ice.
  • Top up with Club Soda.
