The Gaelic Coffee is the frozen version of a Hot Irish Coffee. Or, perhaps you might think of it as a boozy iced coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Dark Crème de Cacao

  • 3/4 oz. Irish Whiskey

  • 3/4 oz. Baileys

  • 2 oz. Milk

  • 1 serving of Instant Coffee Powder or an ounce of espresso

  • 1/4 oz. Green Crème de Menthe (garnish)

  • Whipped Cream (garnish)

  • 1 cup of Ice

Directions

  • Blend Dark Crème de Cacao, Irish Whiskey, Bailey’s, Milk and Coffee with a cup of Ice in a food processor.
  • Pour into an Irish Coffee Glass
  • Add Whipped Cream to the top and drizzle Green Crème de Menthe over top
