Gaelic Coffee is an iced coffee that contains Irish Whiskey, Bailey’s, Dark Crème de Cacao, Green Crème de Menthe, Milk and Instant Coffee.

kcalThe Gaelic Coffee is the frozen version of a Hot Irish Coffee. Or, perhaps you might think of it as a boozy iced coffee.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Dark Crème de Cacao
3/4 oz. Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz. Baileys
2 oz. Milk
1 serving of Instant Coffee Powder or an ounce of espresso
1/4 oz. Green Crème de Menthe (garnish)
Whipped Cream (garnish)
1 cup of Ice
Directions
- Blend Dark Crème de Cacao, Irish Whiskey, Bailey’s, Milk and Coffee with a cup of Ice in a food processor.
- Pour into an Irish Coffee Glass
- Add Whipped Cream to the top and drizzle Green Crème de Menthe over top
