Notes
How to Make a Scooby Snack Cocktail
If you want a larger serving, use once ounce of all the above ingredients, while following the same steps. The Scooby Snack Drink recipe would look like this:
- 1ounce of Coconut Rum
- 1 ounce of Crème de Bananes
- 1 ounce of Melon Liqueur
- 1 ounce of Pineapple Juice
- 1 ounce of Heavy Cream
- Whipped Cream Garnish
Personally, I’d stick to just a Scooby Snack Shot. While the full sized Scooby Snack drink looks cool, I don’t think it’s delicious enough for an entire cocktail. Plus, I feel the heavy levels of cream and sweetness would make you feel sick rather fast. Best to just slam this one down in shooter form.
What Colour is a Scooby Snack Shot?
A Scooby Snack Shot should be a translucent green. Some say the drink matches Shaggy’s shirt, but I feel it matches the colour of a glowing ghost, such as the Ghost of Captain Cutler. The colour of your Melon Liqueur makes a big difference in your Scooby Snack Shot, which is why I usually use Midori Melon Liqueur as it is bright green.
