The Comfortable Screw is made with Southern Comfort and Orange Juice. The name is a take on the Screwdriver which is Vodka and OJ.

This is my go to drink in the summer as the Comfortable Screw goes down smooth and easy. I would not call this a sipping drink, as if you let it get too warm, the Southern Comfort in the cocktail starts to taste a bit too harsh and artificial. Also, wasps and hornets love this drink so avoid drinking it outdoors near the end of summer.

One of the easiest drinks you can make with Southern Comfort is a Comfortable Screw. Add OJ to your SoCo, and relax on the couch and chill.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Southern Comfort

  • 3 oz. Orange Juice

Directions

  • Add Southern Comfort and chilled Orange Juice to a glass full of ice.
  • That’s it. Drink away!
