Vodka Paralyzer Recipe

A Paralyzer cocktail is made with Vodka, Tequila Cola, Kahlua and Milk. It’s important to add the ingredients in this order, or else the milk might curdle. Pour all the ingredients into a glass full of ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

A Canadian Paralyzer is a Colorado Bulldog with an ounce of Tequila added. It got its name due to the fact that you can barely taste the alcohol. Thus, if you drink too many, you will become ‘paralyzed’ as the booze certainly sneaks up on you.

You can use cream instead of milk, but you need to be cautions as cream will curdle easier than milk in the alcohol, due to the higher fat content found in the cream.
