The Blue Dolphin Martini is made with Vodka, Blue Curacao, and Peach Schnapps. It’s a fun coloured and fruity Martini that tastes like orange and peach.

Given that this cocktail is pure alcohol (no juice to cut it down), this is not a good cocktail to serve as a featured drink as it will be far too strong for many people.

The Blue Dolphin is a strong beverage. Make sure to shake it up so it is ice cold, as when this drink is warm, it will taste harsh.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Vodka

  • 0.3 oz. Blue Curacao

  • 0.3 oz. Peach Schnapps

Directions

  • Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
  • Shake hard until the drink is nice and frosty
  • Strain into a Martini Glass and serve quickly.
