The Alfonso cocktail is sweet and slightly herbal sparkling cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz. Red Dubonnet

  • 4 oz. Sparkling Wine

  • 1 Sugar Cube

  • 4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Directions

  • Coat a sugar cube in Angostura Bitters and toss into a champagne flute
  • Pour in the Red Dubonnet
  • Top up with Sparkling Wine
