Crown and Ginger

The Crown and Ginger is made with Crown Royal and Ginger Ale. This is a tasty beverage that is served in Canada, where you may also hear it as Rye and Ginge, Rye and Gin, or Rye and Ginger. Despite it’s name, the drink does not look red at all.

Crown and Ginger is a wedding staple in Canada where we bust out our 2 litre bottles of Canada Dry and Forty’s of Crown Royal.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz. Crown Royal

  • 5 oz. Ginger Ale

Directions

  • Add Crown Royal to a glass full of ice.
  • Top up with Ginger Ale.
  • No garnish.

Notes

  • For a classy look, use a rocks glass.
