The Canadian Tiger Tail is made from Bailey’s Irish Cream, Grand Marnier and Black Sambuca. The shot is meant to resemble a Tiger Tail and tastes like the Canadian Ice Cream which is made from Orange Ice Cream with a Black Licorice Swirl.

The shot should have an orange creamy base with a black swirl from the sambuca.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream

  • 1/4 oz. Grand Marnier

  • 1/4 oz. Black Sambuca

Directions

  • Add Bailey’s Irish Cream and Grand Marnier to a shot glass and stir until blended.
  • Drizzle Black Sambuca on top and gently stir so you achieve a black swirl effect through your orange base.
